The Threshing Barn and The Studio Bunk House are both part of a group of rural farm buildings that are grade 2 listed. They are in stone or timber framed and were all renovated between 1995 and 2001 by the owner.  The buildings lie in an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ on the western slopes of the Malvern Hills. With direct access onto the hills, it is perfect for walking and has wonderful views of the ancient Iron Age Fort known as British Camp.

Robin has specialised in developing beautiful buildings in lovely settings. His latest development, Beaconsfield, Great Malvern, is a 6 apartment conversion of a fine Victorian gentlemen's residence which is now nearing completion.

Robin Coates has been an independent consultant for the last 26 years work helping private, public and charitable organisations to develop their capability to work in more effective, creative and human ways, and to adapt to their changing environments. Robin is now very involved in supervising coaches and shadow consulting to consultants as a way of bringing his considerable experience to further develop the quality of practitioners and their assignments.
